The Australian Government has announced that as part of the 2014/15 Federal Budget, it will cease funding to the Australian Interactive Games Fund, commencing 1 July, 2014. The decision will result in a budget saving of $10 million. The money will be “redirected by the Government to repair the Budget and fund policy priorities.”
